By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is considered confirmed only when:

We receive your booking request.
Tour availability has been confirmed.
You receive a written confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.
Deposit or full payment has been completed (when applicable).

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically guarantee availability. All bookings remain subject to operational availability.

3. Prices & Inclusions

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Policy

We offer flexible payment options:

Deposit may be requested to secure your booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and operational partners.

6. Tour Changes & Rescheduling

Changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

We recommend notifying us at least 48 hours before departure whenever possible.

7. Pickup & Late Arrival

Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

If delays occur:

Inform us immediately via WhatsApp.
Drivers will wait a reasonable amount of time when possible.
Significant delays may reduce sightseeing time without additional compensation.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Provide accurate booking information.
Respect Balinese culture, temples, and local customs.
Follow driver and guide safety instructions.
Supervise children during the tour.
Ensure passports and personal belongings remain their responsibility.

Guests may be refused service if they engage in unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior.

9. Health & Safety

Food allergies

Some attractions involve stairs, uneven terrain, waterfalls, or outdoor activities. Participation is always at the guest’s own discretion.

10. Weather & Force Majeure

Bali weather can occasionally affect travel plans.

We are not liable for itinerary changes caused by:

Heavy rain
Volcanic activity
Flooding
Landslides
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Road closures or severe traffic incidents

When possible, we will provide an alternative itinerary or reschedule your tour.

11. Liability Limitation

Bali Tours Company exercises reasonable care in providing transportation and tour services.

However, we are not responsible for:

Loss of personal belongings
Delays caused by traffic or weather
